We design and custom build beautiful decks crafted with the finest in natural and composite materials to offer great outdoor living at a reasonalbe cost. Durable, easy to care for, and low maintenance features make them a great choice for your deck. In design, we oversize all the building elements to ensure the structure stands the test of time. All our decks are built on concrete piers with a footing, not just the pier as commonly done. This ensures the deck does not settle into the ground. All railing posts are completely boxed in with the underlying framing and bolted together for additional strength. The hidden fastening system secures the decking in place and leaves no visible screws on the surface of the deck. Notice in the photos the how well the stairs are finished off with mitered skirt boards and closed risers.

Contemporary Kitchen Remodel

Our client needed to update their kitchen and address the problem of two small rooms with low ceilings not functioning well together. We removed a bearing wall to unify the kitchen space with the adjacent dining room. This provided more natural light in the kitchen and created a very comfortable space where friends and family can gather. The white upper cabinets help to make the low ceilings seem higher.

Tiverton Waterfront Addition

Out Clients needed more space and a new coastal look for their summer home. We tore off the old dilapidated porch and built them a lovely addition with lots of windows and installed new siding on the home. Phase 2 interior still to come…

Dear Dan,

I just wanted to say thank you for all you did for us over the last month. From saving us from the flood waters to the incredibly excellent design, planning, and workmanship that became our kitchen, we could not be happier with the results!! Your skills and work ethic were just outstanding to witness. I knew I did not have to worry about any phase of the construction as it was being done correctly, on time and had a minimal impact on our family life. That peace of mind is priceless in today’s environment.

Dear Dan,

I am writing to express my gratitude and appreciation for a job well done. My wife and I love our new kitchen! Everything is perfect and it was a pleasure having you work in our home. I am especially thankful for several reasons.

First, you inspire a sense of trust with the way you explain the remodeling process. Plans were written in an understandable way and there were no surprises. Your suggestions during the process were insightful and helpful and the results are amazing. Also, I felt and feel that I received good value for the money spent. You explained prices and options so that we could make the right choice for us.

Second, the work ehtic employed by you and your crew is impressive. You worked hard and non-stop until the job was completed. You also made sure that the work area was as clean and safe as possible for my children.

Last, I know that I have a quality new kitchen. You made a financially large and typically anxiety producing situation stress and worry free. I cannot put a price tag on the peace of mind my wife and I both have.
