They always made themselves available to answer questions and kept us involved in the building process from start to finish. Everyone told us that building your own home would be stressful but we never worried about a thing! Their confidence in completing the home on time allowed us to actually enjoy the process. First, you inspire a sense of trust with the way you explain the remodeling process. Plans were written in an understandable way and there were no surprises. Your suggestions during the process were insightful and helpful. As a person who is unfamiliar with construction, you suggested construction ideas of which I never would have thought. The results are amazing. Also, I felt and feel that I received good value for the money spent. You explained prices and options so that we could make the right choice for us. Great Value!

Second, you work ethic was impressive. You worked hard and non-stop until the job was completed. You also made sure that the work area was as clean and safe for my children as possible. I am amazed by your carpentry skills and by the many different areas where you do the work yourself. 

Last, I know that I have a quality new kitchen and that you stand behind your work. You made a financially large and anxiety producing situation stress and worry free. Dan Nardelli and his team of builders are very professional individuals who provided excellent customer service as well as a quality product at the agreed upon price. Dan is a trustworthy business man and proved it many times throughout the process of building our very sizable house addition. We are very happy with the final product. If we were to complete any additional home projects or even build another house in the future, Dan would be the first person we would contact.

 We did not know Dan prior to this project. We researched and interviewed a number of other builders before hiring Nardelli Builders. We wanted to get it right and fortunately we did. We chose Dan because he put a concerted effort into our plans and presented us with a very detailed work product and contract, he left out no detail from the beginning to the end. We sat and discussed the contract together and talked about new ideas as we did so. Dan listened to what we wanted and offered his insight and expertise and he incorporated our ideas. It was a great deal of work building our sizable addition and we actually enjoyed the process. A husband and wife enjoying a construction project?? We have heard this can be a rarity in the business! But in our case it is the truth. It was very exciting to see the daily progress, discuss ‘next steps’ regularly with Dan or his team, and of course hearing the guys, including Dan, ‘sing’ to the radio while they worked! They were very friendly and if we happened to be home while they were working, it was very comfortable for us and our four children. Dan and his team also worked very neatly, they cleaned as best as they could every day before departing so that we could function in our home. Dan also ensured that the construction stayed as limited as possible to just the construction areas, sealing off other rooms and storing materials in just one room to again keep our home as functional as possible. Lastly, the project was completed on time and on budget although we did request specific upgrades/add-ons that incurred additional expenses but Dan was always very amenable to complete these extras.

We absolutely loved our home when we moved in in 1998. But four children later, we were running out of room. We really like the area in which we live, so were unsure whether to sell and purchase a larger home or to add on to our existing home. We are so excited that we chose the latter. We absolutely LOVE our home!

Please accept this long overdue letter of thanks that we began to write as we concluded this project and prepared to return to our beautiful home. "Dan Nardelli and his crew replaced the roof on our house(s) - two joined waterfront houses- and re-sided them. Six skylights were also replaced.  We had half a dozen other companies work on the house and none could compare for communication and thoughtful analysis and solution of problems (the house leaked in six places).  They sealed everything up so well that our problem with rodents in the house was also solved.  They are prompt and concerned that the customer gets exactly what is expected, often giving choices regarding details.  We were very impressed with the well-organized and articulate proposal that itemized the cost of every task required as part of the job instead of just giving a bottom line price.  I hired them after watching the work that they were doing on a neighbor's home.  Last, but not least, Dan has a lovely singing voice we enjoyed while he works.
